Here in Colombia you have people who feel motorcycles don’t have to abide by the same laws as cars. They squeeze between stopped cars at traffic lights, only to break in line and get in the way. They ride little motorcycles that barley have enough power to hit 40mph going down hill. They pass on the right side of the road where there is no lane, while you’re trying to make a right hand turn.
I often wonder what would happen if you put them on a motorcycle with a little power.
At 4.00 am in Atlanta Ga. a Spanish guy on a motorcycle running over 100mph tried to squeeze between two tractor trailers that were running about 70mph. Common sense would tell you that two tractor trailers that are passing each other create a lot turbulence. Needless to say the Spanish guy passed, crashed and got ran over by the tractor trailers.
The good news is that neither of the tractor trailer guys got hurt in the accident.
